مرحبًا بك في موقع شركة إتقان لتخزين الأثاث بالرياض.
يُرجى قراءة هذه الشروط بعناية قبل استخدامك لموقعنا أو خدماتنا.
باستخدامك لموقعنا أو بطلبك أي خدمة من الشركة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بكامل البنود التالية.

🔹 أولاً: نطاق الخدمات

تقدم شركة إتقان خدمات نقل، تغليف، وتخزين الأثاث داخل مدينة الرياض وجميع مناطق المملكة.
تُحدد تفاصيل الخدمة (الموقع، المدة، السعر، والمساحة) في العقد الموقع بين العميل والشركة.

لا تتحمل الشركة مسؤولية أي خدمة لم يتم توثيقها أو الاتفاق عليها رسميًا.

🔹 ثانيًا: شروط الاستخدام

1. يجب على العميل تقديم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة أثناء طلب الخدمة.

2. تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في رفض أي طلب في حال وجود بيانات غير دقيقة أو مخالفة للأنظمة.

3. يُمنع استخدام الموقع لأي أغراض غير قانونية أو تضر بسمعة الشركة.

🔹 ثالثًا: الأسعار والدفع

1. تبدأ الأسعار من 150 ريال سعودي شهريًا حسب نوع الخدمة والمساحة المطلوبة.

2. تُحدد الأسعار بدقة في العقد قبل بدء الخدمة.

3. يجب دفع المبلغ المتفق عليه مقدمًا أو وفق خطة الدفع المحددة في العقد.

4. لا تُسترد المبالغ المدفوعة بعد بدء الخدمة إلا في الحالات الاستثنائية التي توافق عليها الإدارة.

🔹 رابعًا: سياسة التخزين والنقل

1. يلتزم العميل بتسليم الأثاث في حالة مناسبة للتغليف والنقل.

2. لا يُسمح بتخزين المواد القابلة للاشتعال أو المواد المحظورة نظامًا.

3. الشركة غير مسؤولة عن أي ضرر ناتج عن الإهمال أو سوء الاستخدام من العميل بعد استلام الأثاث.

4. يتم تخزين الأثاث في مستودعات مؤمنة، وتحت إشراف فريق مختص.

🔹 خامسًا: الضمان والمسؤولية

1. تقدم شركة إتقان ضمانًا مكتوبًا على الأثاث المخزن ضد الفقد أو التلف الناتج عن خطأ الشركة.

2. لا يشمل الضمان أي ضرر ناتج عن الكوارث الطبيعية أو الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة.

3. تلتزم الشركة بتعويض العميل وفق سياسة الضمان المحددة في العقد الرسمي.

🔹 سادسًا: الإلغاء والتعديل

• يحق للعميل إلغاء الخدمة قبل 24 ساعة من موعد التنفيذ دون رسوم إضافية.

• في حال الإلغاء بعد بدء التنفيذ، يخصم جزء من المبلغ لتغطية تكاليف التحضير والنقل.

• تحتفظ الشركة بحق تعديل أو إلغاء الخدمة في حال حدوث ظروف قاهرة أو طارئة.

🔹 سابعًا: حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق التصميم والمحتوى والصور في موقع etqan-storage.net محفوظة لشركة إتقان.
لا يُسمح باستخدامها أو نسخها أو إعادة نشرها دون إذن كتابي مسبق من الشركة.

🔹 ثامنًا: التعديلات على الشروط

يحق لشركة إتقان تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق،
ويُعد استمرار استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث موافقة ضمنية على الشروط المعدلة.

🔹 1. Scope of Services

Etqan provides furniture storage, packing, and moving services across Riyadh and other Saudi regions.
All service details (location, duration, price, and space) are defined in a written agreement between the client and the company.

The company shall not be held responsible for any service not officially documented or agreed upon.

🔹 2. Terms of Use

1. Clients must provide accurate and valid information when submitting a service request.

2. The company reserves the right to refuse any service request with false or misleading data.

🔹 3. Pricing and Payment

1. Prices start from SAR 150 per month, depending on service type and space required.

2. All prices are confirmed in the official service contract before execution.

3. Payment must be made in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule.

4. Payments are non-refundable once the service has started, except under exceptional cases approved by the management.

🔹 4. Storage and Transportation Policy

1. The client must ensure that all furniture is ready for packing and transportation.

2. Hazardous or flammable materials are strictly prohibited.

3. The company is not responsible for damage caused by misuse after delivery.

4. All furniture is stored in secure, monitored warehouses under professional supervision.

🔹 5. Warranty and Liability

1. Etqan provides a written warranty against loss or damage caused by company negligence.

2. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from natural disasters or external causes.

3. Compensation, if applicable, will follow the warranty policy outlined in the official contract.

🔹 6. Cancellation and Modification

• The client may cancel the service at least 24 hours before execution without extra fees.

• If canceled after initiation, part of the payment will be deducted for preparation and logistics costs.

• The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service in case of emergencies.

🔹 7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, text, images, and design elements on etqan-storage.net are the property of Etqan Furniture Storage Company.
No material may be copied, reused, or republished without prior written consent.

🔹 8. Changes to the Terms

Etqan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
